Can you tell us something about yourself?

I’m originally from Oderzo, Italy, where sports have always been a central part of my life. Movement gives me a deep sense of freedom, energy, and strength. This passion led me to play handball for the Italian national team and eventually brought me to Amsterdam, where I studied physiotherapy. In 2017, I graduated from the European School of Physiotherapy. These days, I practice running, bouldering, strength training (I especially enjoy ring exercises), and movement training. I’m constantly challenging and exploring myself with the curiosity of a lifelong learner.

Can you tell us something about your treatment style?

My goal is to help others experience energy, vitality, and freedom in their bodies, so they can fully embrace life. I believe that training should strengthen, challenge, and inspire curiosity. When we allow our bodies to move and explore freely, we experience more ease and joy. Curiosity keeps us in the moment; it teaches us to listen to our body’s needs, to understand them, and to see pain not just as a limitation but as an opportunity to learn more about ourselves. My role is to guide that journey and help you build strength, mobility, and self-awareness.

I also take a broader perspective: the influence of lifestyle, habits, and recovery. Taking care of our body isn’t just about training but also about learning how to recharge and recover in the best possible way.

Why did you start studying Osteopathy?

I’m fascinated by how everything in the body is connected—the complex interaction between systems and how they influence each other. Osteopathy gives me the knowledge and clinical insight to look beyond symptoms and discover the underlying cause of dysfunctions. It teaches me to approach each case with curiosity and a fresh perspective, without assumptions but always exploring.

Most importantly, I’m learning the art of listening through touch—to feel what the body’s fascia is communicating under my hands. This awareness doesn’t come from the mind, but from a deep connection with my own body, so that I can be fully present in the moment.
