Can you tell us something about yourself?

I was born in Annecy, France, and my love for movement began at the age of seven when I started dancing. This passion grew over the years and eventually led me to the Maurice Béjart School in Lausanne, where I had the privilege of learning and developing as a dancer.

My professional dance career lasted around 15 years, taking me to Barcelona and later to the Netherlands, where I worked with several dance companies. Along the way, I experienced firsthand the challenges that come with a physically demanding career, including injuries. Those experiences taught me the importance of mobility, strength, and coordination, not only in recovery but in maintaining overall well-being.

After my time as a dancer, I decided to study again and became a physiotherapist, combining my knowledge of movement with a desire to help others. I’m also a certified comprehensive Pilates teacher and, when I’m not working at Wijs, I enjoy giving personal training on Pilates equipment.

In my free time, I like to stay active by training in the gym and going for runs outdoors. Being outside gives me energy. I also have a love for the arts and enjoy spending time at museums and watching performances. These moments allow me to stay connected to creativity and inspiration, which have been an important part of my life.

Can you tell us something about your treatment style?

My approach with patients and clients is shaped by my experiences as a dancer and what I’ve learned through my own journey. Whether someone is highly active or not, I aim to support them in finding balance, building strength, and improving mobility in a way that works for their unique needs. It’s incredibly rewarding to help others feel and move better.
