For twenty years I have danced professionally with some of Europe’s most prestigious ballet and modern dance companies, including Ballet National de Marseille, Teatro alla Scala di Milano, English National Ballet and ICK Dans Amsterdam.
From a young age I pushed my body to its limits and quickly learned that a strong training regimen requires not only discipline and effort, but also relaxation and support. During my dance career I often assisted colleagues with advanced stretching techniques and gave massages to help them recover and perform at their best.
In 2024, it became clear to me that dance would not last forever. The question then became: what is next? I knew I wanted to stay connected to the body and use my years of experience in a meaningful new way. Massage therapy felt like the perfect choice – a natural extension of my knowledge and passion. I trained at the ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam Academy, where I gained the skills to start this new chapter.
Now, as a massage therapist, I strive to integrate the lessons I learned in the dance world into my therapeutic practice. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel supported, understood, and rejuvenated. Dance has taught me the deep connection between body and mind—a harmony I strive to foster in every session.
