Sports and exercise are for me equal to my mental health. It is for me one of the few ways to get out of my head. After a good workout I experience peace and my head is quiet.
I love reading and watching movies. Besides daily exercise, there is nothing I like more than lying horizontally on the couch with a good book or a nice movie.
My biggest source of inspiration has always been my father. Besides the fact that he guided me in sports from a young age and always supported me in that. He has also been an example of a lifelong movement and a deep connection with the body.
To understand my body better and better and to treat it with care. To find the balance between challenging and relaxing. So that I can enjoy it for as long as possible.
More and more people are losing the connection with their body and putting it under pressure, for example by exercising excessively or by not moving at all. Sometimes I have the feeling that people forget that they only have one body and that they can take better care of it. I like to help people to restore that connection step by step and to work on a healthy, strong and versatile body.
Ann M H2024-10-30 Love this physio, always feel really safe and listened to. I’ve worked with a number of the physios, Nadia, Ellie, Patrcija. Each have a different style but have really helped me a lot with my back pain. Highly recommend 🩷 Luis César Rivera2024-09-04 I went in for physiotherapist sessions.
