Yes. Tension in the jaw often contributes to headaches and migraines. By reducing muscle tightness and improving jaw function, many patients experience significant relief with their headaches and/or migraines.
This depends on your symptoms and their root cause(s). Some patients feel improvement after 1-2 sessions, while chronic issues may require a longer treatment program. Your physiotherapist will be able to provide you with an approximate number of required sessions after completing their assessment.
