Sports taping has become a staple among athletes – and for good reason. Kinesiotape, or medical sports tape, provides support for muscles and joints, increases circulation, promotes faster recovery, and helps improve performance.
By gently lifting the skin, the tape stimulates underlying systems like nerve pathways and lymphatic vessels. This helps relax overactive muscles while activating others, improving overall movement and stability. It is also an effective tool for correcting posture and reducing pain.
Our tape is specially designed to feel like a second skin – breathable, hypoallergenic, and as elastic as your own. Applied before exercise, it stays in place for four to ten days, allowing you to swim, shower, and move freely while benefiting from its effects.
The cost of this appointment (€53) needs to be paid directly in-clinic. If you want to bill your fysio taping via insurance, you will need to book a ‘Fysio Intake: Assessment + Treatment’ instead of this appointment.
