Group Classes: Move together, grow together.

At Wijs Health (Noord), our group classes are designed to keep you consistent, challenged and progressing.

We offer a range of classes, each with a clear focus, from building strength and improving endurance to working on posture, mobility and control. Some sessions run with up to 24 participants, others are smaller groups of 16, giving you the right balance between group dynamics and personal guidance.

Every class has a clear structure. You show up and train, we take care of the rest. Our coaches are there to guide you, help you move better, and get the most out of every workout. 

We recommend mixing different classes to keep your training varied and help you progress over time.

Interested in our Group Classes?

The first step is booking a Gym Consultation – a free 30 minute one-on-one session with one of our trainers. During the session, you will tour our facility, discuss your goals, and ask any questions you may have. Your trainer will help you choose the membership or package that is best-suited to your needs. The consultation also allows us to understand your lifestyle, training background, and any relevant medical information so we can best support you as you move forward at Wijs.

New to Wijs Health? Get started with our Group Class Tryout Package! For €45, you will receive 2 credits that can be used towards Group Classes and/or Pilates Small Group Classes. Explore any 2 classes of your choice and experience the energy, guidance, and community that make Wijs classes so unique.
