Strength & Longevity (60+)

Strength & Longevity is suitable for adults 60+ who want to maintain and/or improve their strength, increase bone density, independence, and long-term physical health. While the class is designated as 60+, anyone approaching this age who feels the class would suit their goals and fitness needs is more than welcome to join.

This class focuses on building functional strength and endurance to support healthy aging and everyday movement. Through progressive strength training exercises, participants work on movements such as squatting, stepping, carrying, pushing and pulling to improve overall strength, posture and confidence in daily activities.

The sessions are structured in a small group format (max. 12 participants) and are adaptable to different fitness levels. Alternative exercises and progressions can always be provided where needed.
