Strength Improvement is designed to progressively build your strength. The workout cycles through 4 stations, targeting lower body, core, and upper body. You train with focus and proper rest, ensuring every set delivers maximum results.
For best results, we recommend following the class at least once per week for a period of at least 6 weeks to experience measurable improvement and strength progression. That said, this class is open to everyone and can be attended at any frequency. Each session follows the same structure and exercises, but intensity adapts to your level that day.
The program progresses in phases:
