Can you tell us something about yourself?

I grew up in Ireland – the Emerald Isle – and, perhaps ironically, decided to move to another equally rainy country to pursue my Physiotherapy studies. But let’s rewind for a moment.

I have been dancing since I was three years old, eventually completing professional dance training at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Those years were filled with thousands of hours dedicated not only to training my body but also to exploring creativity, expression, and emotional connection through movement. After four wonderful years, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Dance. Since then, my passion for movement has evolved toward the world of healthcare – and that is what brought me here.

With my dance background, I have a keen eye for movement patterns. I will pay close attention to your form, but more importantly, I will help you to feel when a movement is right so you can get the most benefit from it. I love Pilates, yoga, and strength training, and I often draw inspiration from these practices in my work.

Can you tell us something about your treatment style?

I want to help you understand your injury and give you the tools to overcome it. Movement is my middle name, so you can expect it to be a central part of your recovery journey. I love helping people get back to feeling like themselves again and I believe every step forward, big or small, deserves to be celebrated.

If I am your physiotherapist, then we are a team. We will go through the rehabilitation journey together, working towards your goals one movement at a time.
