Whether it is persistent shoulder and neck pain, stress management, or achieving goals in sports or everyday life, my approach is focused on tuning in to where you are now and working together to find what works best for you right now.
I take a holistic approach to health, considering factors such as sleep, nutrition, stress and exercise as they are all interconnected. I focus specifically on shoulder and neck issues, as well as stress related challenges that can impact many aspects of life. For me, it’s not just about relieving symptoms – it’s about empowering you with tools and strategies to feel confident in your body and maintain your health long term.
I am particularly passionate about women’s hormonal health as it plays such a crucial role in how we feel, move and recover. I also believe in training not just for physical strength but for mental resilience – because when you feel strong, everything changes.
Outside of work, I find balance by spending time with loved ones, being in nature, and relaxing in the sauna. For me, life is about balance; it’s about embracing the ups and downs and focusing on what’s really important. Challenges are inevitable, but what matters is finding what works for you and staying consistent in ways that feel sustainable and realistic.
