Mobility + Core

This class starts with some core activation, then follows a series of movements using your own body weight to increase your overall range of motion and control of the muscles around your joints.

 

Mobility is different than stretching! While mobility focuses on the ability to actively move a joint through its range of motion, stretching focuses on improving your flexibility. They complement each other, but are not the same. This class uses both.

 

This class is suitable for everyone and will help you prepare your body for the daily demands, while also helping to prevent future injuries. In addition to achieving the above goals, you will probably just feel better after this class, maybe even bigger or lighter!
