What began as curiosity has gradually evolved into guiding people to better understand their bodies and discover ways of moving that really suit them. For me, it is important that this process is approached responsibly. The more consciously you move, the greater the impact – both physically and mentally.
For me, training is about moving consciously and responsibly not only in the gym, but in daily life. Our bodies are made to move, and posture plays an important role in that.
Training should be something that benefits you in the long term, not only in strength, but also in mobility and balance. That is why I find it important that people really understand what they are doing and become aware of how they move. I enjoy working with exercises that translate beyond the gym into everyday life.
Training also has to fit who you are and what you need, so you can really stick with it. Fun plays a big role here. With a bit of humor, realistic goals, and the right balance, movement becomes something sustainable and something that supports you both physically and mentally. Ultimately, it should not be a temporary solution, but a lifestyle.
For me, progress is measured by how you feel in your daily life: feeling fitter, having more energy, moving more comfortably, and being more in tune with your body. It is often the small things that make the biggest difference:
And most importantly: the kind of progress that makes you notice when you cannot exercise; you miss it because it makes such a positive difference in your life.
I enjoy being around people, but I also value my alone time. I can be very active, yet I equally enjoy my own quiet moments at home. What I truly cannot live without is music and good food.
