I grew up between Belgium and Abu Dhabi, where I attended a British international school and completed the International Baccalaureate. After finishing school, I moved to the Netherlands to continue my education in English and graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2025. I enjoy staying active, travelling, and discovering new places. I absolutely love living in Amsterdam because it offers many opportunities to explore an active and healthy lifestyle.
My approach to physiotherapy focuses on promoting movement and an active lifestyle as essential components of overall health and wellbeing. I believe that staying active not only supports physical health but also helps improve quality of life and maintain independence. I am also interested in preventative healthcare and helping patients develop habits that reduce the risk of future injuries or physical limitations.
During my training, I gained experience working mainly with elderly patients and individuals with neurological conditions. I completed hospital internships in Brussels at the neurological department of Hôpital Erasme and in Luxembourg City at ZithaKlinik. I also gained experience in a public physiotherapy clinic in Jordaan, as well as in a robotics-focused rehabilitation clinic in Amsterdam specializing in neurological rehabilitation.
These experiences have shaped my interest in helping patients improve mobility, regain confidence in movement, and work toward meaningful functional goals.
