I was born in Iran, raised in Dubai, and have lived and worked in several countries including Hungary, Germany, and now the Netherlands. Experiencing different cultures has shaped me into an open-minded and adaptable person who enjoys new challenges and environments.
I have always been curious and open to trying new things. Growing up, I enjoyed swimming and ice skating with my sister, and over the years I have explored different activities such as badminton, kickboxing, karate and even pole dancing. For me, movement does not have to be perfect or consistent, it is about staying active in a way that feels good and enjoyable.
These days, I like to keep active through strength training, walking, and occasionally yoga, mainly to clear my mind and stay balanced.
My treatment style is active, supportive and focused on long-term results. I believe that movement plays a key role in recovery, and I enjoy encouraging patients to become more engaged and confident in their own bodies.
I work with people from very different backgrounds and with different levels of motivation. Especially for those who may feel unsure or hesitant about exercise, I focus on creating a positive and motivating environment where they feel comfortable to progress at their own pace.
I am known to be very attentive and caring in my work, and I pay close attention to small details that can make a difference in how patients experience their treatment. Education is also an important part of my approach. My goal is not only to support patients during sessions, but to give them the tools and confidence to continue independently, whether at home or in the gym.
My main areas of interest are orthopedic rehabilitation, active therapy, and women’s health. I am particularly interested in supporting women through different stages of life and understanding how movement and strength can play a role in their overall wellbeing. I look forward to continuing to develop myself further in this field.
