Cardio Improvement is focused on building your endurance and cardiovascular fitness. You will work with short, intense intervals using exercises like jump rope, sprints, and mountain climbers, combined with core work.
For best results, we recommend following the class at least once per week for a period of at least 6 weeks to experience measurable improvement and endurance progression. That said, this class is open to everyone and can be attended at any frequency. Each session follows the same structure and exercises, but intensity adapts to your level that day.
