I became a personal trainer because I genuinely love working with people and exploring the body. I am fascinated by how we move, how each person uses their body differently, and what is happening beneath the surface. This curiosity, combined with my passion for helping others grow and become their best selves, drew me to fitness and coaching.
Originally from Sardinia, Italy, I worked as a professional dancer across Europe for over 15 years. I later moved to the Netherlands to study at the Amsterdam University of the Arts (AHK) and continued performing internationally, most recently with LeineRoebana dance company until 2025.
Dance shaped not only my career but also my mindset: discipline, consistency, and a deep connection to the body. At a certain point, I felt the need to evolve. I have always believed that each day we let go of an old version of ourselves and wake up as a new one, and becoming a personal trainer felt like the natural next step.
I am passionate about caring for my body, preventing injuries, building strength, and pushing limits, while also helping others understand how they move, think, and express themselves through their bodies.
My coaching is guided by empathy, sensitivity, and genuine connection. I believe every client is unique and deserves a personal approach, something I explored deeply during my studies at MILO Education.
With a background in dance, I see the body as more than a machine. The body is a gateway to expression, awareness, and potential. I help clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection with their body.
I focus equally on movement, technique, and feeling. Training is not just performing exercises, it is understanding your body and moving with intention and awareness. I create a safe space where clients can explore, ask questions, and be themselves.
I support clients step by step, addressing not only physical progress, but also lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and overall well-being. My goal is to foster a trusting relationship and work together toward clear goals with professionalism, fun, and challenging sessions that leave you stronger and empowered.
I believe movement comes from the heart, mind, body, and soul. When these are aligned, movement truly comes to life and that is what I aim to bring to every session.
Progress goes far beyond numbers or weights. It is when a client wakes up excited to train. It is when they begin to truly appreciate the beauty of their body and feel a sense of love and connection with it. It is when they feel confident enough to listen to their body and express themselves through movement. It is when technique improves because the mind and body are working together in harmony. It is when everyday tasks, like climbing stairs without losing breath, suddenly feel effortless.
But most of all, progress is that moment when someone smiles and realizes just how far they have come. Being part of that transformation, both physically and mentally, is the most meaningful part of my work.
Outside of training, which I love to do five to six times a week, I enjoy both energetic moments and quiet time. I love tattoos; each one of mine tells a story, so if you are curious, just ask. I also spend time learning, reading, and exploring training content to keep improving.
Animals are a big part of my life. I volunteer at DOA Amsterdam and am a proud cat dad to Winsty. Music is essential, and yes, I might be the biggest Miley Cyrus fan you will ever meet. I also enjoy going out dancing, connecting with people, and staying in touch with my roots as a performer.
