I am an osteopath with a background in physiotherapy and a strong interest in movement, body awareness, and restoring vitality. Through osteopathy, I work beyond muscles and joints, considering the body as an interconnected system. In my practice, I look at how structure, fascia, breath, nervous system regulation, lifestyle, and daily habits influence one another.
I treat a wide range of symptoms and conditions, with a particular interest in supporting people experiencing stress and burnout, respiratory issues, digestive complaints, hormonal and menstrual imbalances, sports injuries, and long-standing pain. My work supports people both when symptoms are present and as part of preventative care, helping the body adapt and thrive through different stages of life.
My approach combines hands-on osteopathic care with practical guidance around movement, awareness, and lifestyle, helping people move with greater comfort, feel more at ease, and reconnect with themselves.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a deep connection to nature and movement, including hiking, running, and dancing. These experiences continue to shape my understanding of health, vitality, and connection.
