Can you tell us something about yourself?

My passion for sports and exercise started when I was around 10 years old, when I took up rowing. What began with rowing twice a week gradually grew into training 8–9 times a week and competing in serious competitions by the time I was a student. The more I trained, the more interested I became in the human body, moving better, and improving performance. That’s why I decided to study Exercise Sciences. However, I quickly realized that I really missed personal contact and working directly with people. That led me to start working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

For me, combining scientifically backed knowledge with practical application is the perfect combination! In my classes and training sessions, it’s not just about “getting tired” or “pushing yourself to the limit,” but rather about moving effectively, efficiently, and pain-free. I always try to provide some background information as well, so that you don’t just know what to do, but also understand why you’re doing it.

What are your areas of interest?

Since 2021, I have specialized in pre- and postnatal fitness. Pregnancy can bring so much your way: an overwhelming amount of information, uncertainties, and often conflicting advice. And once your baby is born, all of your time, attention, and energy naturally shifts toward this new little person.
I am passionate about helping women feel fitter, stronger, and more confident during this special period of their lives through exercise and movement, while also teaching them more about how their bodies work.
