Can you tell us something about yourself?

I am half French, half Dutch. I grew up in France before moving to Amsterdam and have been happily living here for 27 years now.

Before becoming an Osteopath, I worked for fifteen years in both commercial and social organizations. My work consisted primarily of organizing and coordinating – something I excelled at, but which also caused me considerable stress. During that time, I discovered the power of bodywork on my overall well-being: first through massage and then through osteopathy. This realization ultimately inspired a career change. After completing various massage courses, I started my own Thai Yoga Massage practice in 2017. In search of more depth, I began the six-year osteopathy program at College Sutherland in 2019, which I successfully completed in 2025.

What appeals to me about osteopathy is its holistic approach: not only is the complaint itself central, but the entire body is examined to determine the cause and promote recovery. This broad perspective perfectly aligns with my approach to health.

In my free time, I recharge with hiking and yin yoga, but I also enjoy the energy of boxing training. I also love traveling and exploring new places.

Can you tell us something about your treatment style?

I am an enthusiastic and empathetic Osteopath who works with care and attention. It is important to me that you feel seen and heard. My treatments take place in a calm and safe atmosphere. I always look at people holistically; my goal is to alleviate complaints and work together to achieve vitality and a healthy lifestyle.
