What inspired you to become a trainer?

I have been working out for a while now, and have seen clear improvements in my body and fitness. This motivated me to delve deeper and deeper into fitness and to keep learning new things. And I love to share that knowledge with others to help them achieve their goals as well.

How would you describe your training philosophy?

I help people improve a little each week, step by step. Not through quick fixes, but through steady, consistent progress. I do this in a welcoming and open atmosphere where everyone can be themselves while working toward their goals.

How do you define meaningful progress?

I do not measure meaningful growth solely by numbers, but also by how you feel in your daily life. This means you are not just getting physically stronger, but mentally stronger as well. That can lead to greater discipline, more consistent training, enjoying your workouts more, and feeling more motivated to reach your goals. When you notice these changes in yourself, you are making progress that goes far beyond numbers and weights.

Who are you outside of the gym?

When I am not working out, I enjoy spending time with friends whether it means going out for a drink or doing other fun activities together.
